The final results of this Nautical transformation bear no resemblance to the original plans.  A dry creek bed was added to the front driveway along with new LED up lights on all the trees. New LED path lighting down both sides of the home were added along with the new plantings. And the back of the house is a concept derived from equal portions of our insight and our customers input.  Stainless steel cable railings and a second stair case were added to the pool deck. A nautical themed raised bed with plantings, a bar top, 25'+ coconut palms, and a buried dock box were added to minimize the overall height of the pool deck.  Stairs within the walkways were removed and hundreds of square feet of patio and new walk ways were added creating  a lot of new entertainment space.  LED dock lights, up lights, and pathway lights completed the lighting package.  Irrigation modifications were made to accommodate the new landscape and "hidden" drainage was installed to help control the water pouring off the gutter-less roof.  A fireplace was added for extra entertainment value. Benches along the lower retaining walls were also added for places to sit while fishing off the seawall.
